What you'll be doing

Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding value within existing direct and distributor accounts
Manage day-to-day operations with direct customers and distributor sales teams including allocations, orders, and shipments
Drive customer loyalty through issue resolution, NPS improvement, and executive business reviews
Develop and execute account plans ensuring contract lifecycle management and account transition strategies
Monitor distributor performance and contract compliance while maximizing sales and margins across the Caribbean region
