- Experience designing and implementing access and reimbursement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex institutional processes
- Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
What you'll be doing
- Identify, develop, and prioritize access and reimbursement opportunities to expand patient access to priority therapies
- Manage strategic relationships with payers, health institutions, and key stakeholders to facilitate product adoption and remove access barriers
- Implement and coordinate market access initiatives ensuring effective execution of national strategies at regional and institutional levels
- Lead execution of access initiatives across the portfolio including specialties, biosimilars, and oncology to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor market indicators, opportunities, risks, and dynamics while generating insights and recommendations for access strategy optimization
