What you'll be doing
- Support HR initiatives in employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
- Collect, analyze, and report HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
- Maintain employee records, HR systems documentation, and confidential information
- Assist with onboarding, training programs, employee development, and engagement activities
- Create communications, presentations, and educational materials for leaders and staff
