What you'll be doing
- Prepare redline reviews of consulting agreements, amendments, and confidentiality agreements
- Collaborate with attorneys on contract negotiations and communications
- Maintain documentation and filing systems for contract progress and versions
- Conduct legal research on intellectual property issues as needed
- Assist with IP docketing and documentation processes
Compensation$35 USD hourly
