Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or equivalent data analysis software
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with aseptic laboratory practices and scientific documentation

What you'll be doing

Perform laboratory experiments to develop and optimize the multiplex ADCP assay platform
Prepare, characterize, and evaluate antigen-coated fluorescent bead reagents for assay feasibility
Conduct cell-based functional assays using THP-1 cells and vaccine study samples
Analyze experimental data using Excel and flow cytometry analysis software to compare assay performance
Present technical summaries and project findings at the end-of-summer intern symposium
