Merck's Digital Operations and Innovation team seeks a computer science co-op student to develop agentic systems for automating nonclinical drug safety reporting.   • Design and implement agentic workflows and orchestration pipelines for data retrieval and formatting
  • Develop Python data extraction pipelines to parse structured and unstructured scientific data
  • Evaluate and benchmark LLM outputs for accuracy and reporting template compliance
  • Collaborate with data scientists and scientific experts to automate document-authoring processes
  • Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and maintain production-grade documentation
