Role summary
A 12-week summer internship supporting clinical data management and business operations initiatives. The intern will analyze processes, evaluate data and policies, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency within Global Data Management and Standards.
What they're looking for
- Currently enrolled in full-time undergraduate STEM or similar major
- Completed at least two full years of undergraduate degree
- Available full-time for up to 12 weeks starting May or June
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated learner able to manage independent projects
- Excellent organizational and document management skills
What you'll be doing
- Support process improvement initiatives in clinical data management
- Analyze and evaluate data, processes, and organizational policies
- Assist with application of technology to enhance systems and workflows
- Propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Work on strategic operations projects across portfolio, resource, and project management areas
