- Coordinate with campus teams, business partners, and suppliers to gather inputs and validate needs
- Assist with project dashboards, meeting notes, action logs, and progress tracking
- Partner on communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials
- Support Customer Experience Center readiness coordination and documentation
