Role summary
Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Workday Adaptive Planning Architect to serve as enterprise owner and strategic leader for the Adaptive Planning platform. This remote role partners with Finance and HR leadership to develop scalable planning models, integrations, and reporting solutions aligned with business strategy.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in FP&A systems, enterprise planning, or financial systems architecture
- Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification
- Deep hands-on Adaptive Planning experience as architect, lead administrator, or consultant
- Strong understanding of enterprise financial modeling, forecasting, and workforce planning
- Experience designing and supporting integrations between planning, ERP, HCM, and payroll systems
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Workday HCM familiarity strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Own Adaptive Planning product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy for enterprise
- Translate Finance and HR planning requirements into secure, governed, high-performing models
- Lead bi-annual release adoption, AI strategy implementation, and OfficeConnect governance
- Design and enforce architectural standards for integrations, security, and reporting
- Partner with Finance and HR leadership to align planning capabilities with business objectives
