Role summary
ResMed seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods across warehouse and distribution operations. The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
What they're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or SAP experience highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Manufacturing, medical device, or electronics industry experience advantageous
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials, components, and finished goods
- Perform picking, packing, and dispatch activities for customer orders and production requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions with stakeholders
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and support logistics documentation and carrier coordination
