Role summary

- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship required
- Data analysis skills, preferably Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Basic Lean or continuous improvement knowledge
What you'll be doing
- Support continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies and Value Stream Mapping
- Help prioritize, track, and execute improvement projects and action plans
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual management tools
- Track project metrics and prepare progress updates for leadership
- Participate in Kaizen events and support training and operational excellence programs
