Role summary

Warehouse and Distribution Technician role supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution operations at a GMP-regulated facility. Responsibilities include inventory management, material receipt, order processing, shipping coordination, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Five days per week on-site position in New Jersey.

What you'll be doing

Receive, inspect, and store incoming warehouse inventory and clinical returns
Execute inventory functions including replenishment, cycle counts, and min/max management
Process order management, material staging, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Maintain GMP and safety compliance documentation using Good Documentation Practices
Report quality events and non-conformances; coordinate discard processes for expired inventory
