AbCellera seeks a VP of Medical Affairs to build and lead the medical affairs function from the ground up, managing field teams, clinical publications, and stakeholder engagement. Proven track record attracting, developing talent, and building cross-functional partnerships
Willingness to travel 25-40% for conferences and company representation

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement Medical Affairs strategy to support prelaunch and postlaunch needs across pipeline
Build and scale Medical Affairs team including field-based Medical Science Liaisons for education and KOL engagement
Oversee clinical publication strategy and ensure data presentation at major conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Develop medical communication and disease awareness strategies with patient advocacy organizations
Partner with global key opinion leaders and manage investigator-initiated studies
