Role summary

What you'll be doing

Design and deploy AI solutions for core enabling units including Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement
Develop and deliver usable AI solution prototypes that demonstrate value and redesign critical enterprise processes
Lead large-scale transformation programs such as AZ EveryDay AI in partnership with IT and business functions
Establish human-centered design and user experience capabilities to increase AI adoption across the organization
Build and lead high-performing teams of optimization specialists, engineers, and change management professionals
