Role summary
Regeneron seeks a VP of Enterprise Data & Information Management to establish and oversee the company's data governance, quality, and infrastructure strategy. This executive role reports to the Chief AI Officer and is responsible for building enterprise data capabilities that enable AI adoption while ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
What they're looking for
- BS/BA in related field
- 20+ years leading enterprise data management, governance, or architecture organizations
- Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, master data management, metadata management, and data quality
- Hands-on architectural knowledge of federated data architecture and semantic layers
- GxP data compliance experience in life sciences or biopharma environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with AI data infrastructure: vector databases, knowledge graphs, retrieval-augmented generation
What you'll be doing
- Set enterprise data quality standards, governance policies, and compliance requirements across the organization
- Own multi-year enterprise data strategy with accountability for implementation and outcomes
- Build and lead multidisciplinary data organization spanning governance, engineering, metadata, and architecture
- Establish GxP-compliant data standards and manage regulatory relationships on data privacy requirements
- Partner with business units to mature data capabilities as differentiating asset for enterprise AI
