Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Vice President to lead digital and technology strategy for Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities Management, Audit, Tax, and Treasury functions. This executive will oversee Oracle EBS and Fusion platforms, manage a large technology organization, and drive enterprise-wide modernization and operational improvements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
- 18+ years progressive technology leadership experience with finance systems and enterprise platforms
- Demonstrated expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion platforms
- Executive-level experience leading finance technology, investor relations, facilities, and compliance systems
- Proven ability to lead at enterprise scale and influence senior business stakeholders
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle governance frameworks

- Set enterprise technology strategy across Finance, Investor Relations, Facilities, Audit, Tax, and Treasury functions
- Lead multi-team technology organization with accountability for Oracle EBS and Fusion modernization
- Drive measurable business outcomes including financial close cycle time, forecast accuracy, and system reliability improvements
- Establish Finance data, analytics, and decision intelligence strategy with focus on data quality and trusted reporting
- Define and advance AI strategy for financial operations to automate work and strengthen controls
