What you'll be doing
- Lead Visual Inspection Technical Services team and Defect Creation Lab, fostering quality culture
- Develop and maintain site visual inspection program strategy, standards, and defect classification criteria
- Ensure compliance with USP, EU Annex 1, 21 CFR Part 211, and ICH/PDA guidance
- Monitor and trend program KPIs to drive data-driven continuous improvement initiatives
- Evaluate emerging inspection technologies and partner cross-functionally on process improvements
