Role summary

- Develop and execute non-clinical biology strategy for cortisol modulator portfolio with defined timelines and budgets
- Direct design of screening assays and pharmacology studies for lead optimization and candidate selection
- Lead internal biology team and manage external network of contract research organizations and academic partners
- Serve as primary liaison between discovery, clinical development, and regulatory affairs on biology matters
- Author and approve non-clinical sections of regulatory submissions, investigator brochures, and health authority responses
