Role summary
Genmab seeks a Vice President to lead its AI Center of Excellence, directing enterprise AI strategy and execution across research, development, commercial, and corporate functions. - Experience translating emerging technologies into deployed products with measurable business outcomes
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries strongly preferred
- Ability to lead across scientific, clinical, commercial, technology, quality, legal, and executive stakeholders
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, operating model, and investment priorities
- Lead AI Center of Excellence including engineering, governance, and strategic partnerships with technology providers
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities with functional leaders; accelerate adoption and scaled deployment
- Establish portfolio-management approach balancing near-term value, capability building, and longer-term innovation
- Advise Executive Committee on AI opportunities, investments, risks, and market developments; track adoption and business impact
Compensation$277,280–$415,920 base
