Role summary
Stryker seeks a (junior) sales representative for neurovascular hemorrhagic stroke solutions in western and central Germany. The role involves developing territory sales, managing hospital relationships, and delivering clinical training after a six-month onboarding period.

- Bachelor's degree in business, medical technology, health economics, or equivalent qualification
- Prior sales experience preferably in medical devices or as clinical specialist
- Strong communication skills, confident presentation, and consultative sales approach
- High self-direction, entrepreneurial mindset, and flexibility
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with MS Office and valid German Class B driving license
What you'll be doing
- Develop and expand sales territory across Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saarland
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and procurement departments
- Conduct negotiations with chief physicians, hospital administration, and purchasing teams
- Provide clinical training and product guidance to medical professionals on angiography and neuroradiology applications
- Execute marketing and sales strategies, attend conferences and trade shows for business development
Compensation€57,100 - €95,200 EUR annual (40 hours/week, field-based)
