What you'll be doing

Lead technical architecture and system design for animal collar devices across electronics, mechanics, and embedded software
Define engineering solutions balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost constraints
Drive product discovery and validation activities with customers and field teams to understand pain points
Collaborate with R&D, NPI, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Own collar-specific performance metrics and use field data to guide design trade-offs and improvements
