Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Vascular Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular therapies across hospital and clinic settings in the Dallas region. The field-based role involves training physicians, supporting case procedures, and driving adoption of new vascular technologies while partnering with sales teams.

- High school diploma with 8+ years relevant experience, or associate degree with 6+ years, or bachelor degree with 4+ years
- Clinical expertise in carotid, embolic, or thrombectomy therapies
- Strong medical device and vascular product knowledge
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 70%+ within assigned territory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
What you'll be doing
- Deliver advanced clinical support and hands-on procedural guidance for new vascular technologies in urgent and routine cases
- Train and educate physicians, nurses, and clinical staff on carotid and thrombectomy therapies through in-services and demonstrations
- Partner with therapy development representatives and sales teams to optimize case support and business growth
- Build relationships with clinicians and hospital staff to drive physician adoption and gather product feedback
- Provide after-hours case support on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by management
