What they're looking for
- Minimum five years' experience in customs brokerage, import/export operations, or compliance
- Working knowledge of CBP, FDA, USDA, CDC, DEA, DOT, IATA, and FWS regulations
- Understanding of pharmaceutical product import/export requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
- Customs Broker License (preferred)
- Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) experience (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day import/export customs operations and FTZ activities
- Provide customs guidance to internal business partners and resolve compliance issues
- Communicate directly with government agencies and external stakeholders on trade matters
- Support rollout and development of new FTZs with operational standards and training
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures across all FTZ sites
Compensation$96,243-$144,364 base; short-term incentive bonuses and equity awards eligible
