- Deep scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration platforms
- Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel 50% within territory
What you'll be doing
- Execute call plans and account strategies to achieve sales metrics and KPIs across assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with urologists, radiation oncologists, and medical oncologists
- Develop market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and disease landscapes; share insights with team
- Create pre-call plans and evaluate post-call performance to continuously improve sales effectiveness
- Identify and develop disease state experts and speaker advocates to strengthen brand positioning
