Lead upstream marketing activities and integrate customer, clinical, and market insights into NPD process
Drive surgeon engagement through advisory boards, voice of customer programmes, and concept testing
Translate market needs and clinical demands into product requirements and business cases
Partner with R&D, clinical, and commercial teams to define and execute portfolio strategy
Provide commercial leadership throughout innovation lifecycle and support portfolio governance
