What you'll be doing
- Conduct CHO mammalian cell culture experiments in shaker flasks and bioreactors
- Prepare media and feed formulations according to experimental requirements
- Manage and analyze process data including metabolite, gas, cell count, and titer measurements
- Execute scale-down modeling and filter loading studies for harvest strategy development
- Perform routine maintenance on upstream equipment to ensure operational functionality
Compensation$28–$32 USD hourly
