Role summary
Stryker seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to support sales representatives in the Philadelphia and Trenton region. What you'll be doing
- Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on proper device use
- Educate physicians, nursing staff, and personnel on Stryker product functionality and maintenance
- Conduct field calls and work with sales teams to identify opportunities and manage customer relationships
- Support inventory management, order processing, and implementation of sales strategies
- Serve as backup contact for assigned sales representatives and assist in account problem resolution
