Role summary
GE HealthCare seeks an Ultrasound Experience & Engagement Leader to coordinate visits and engagements for key opinion leaders, research collaborators, and clinical partners at the Waukesha office. The role manages planning, execution, and continuous improvement of complex stakeholder interactions, including product demonstrations, roadmap discussions, and clinical scanning sessions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 5 years relevant experience
- Proven experience planning and executing complex multi-stakeholder customer or research engagements
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Working knowledge of healthcare, diagnostic imaging, clinical research, or medical technology
- Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and cross-functional communication skills
- On-site availability 4–5 days per week at Waukesha office with schedule flexibility
What you'll be doing
- Plan, execute, and continuously improve KOL and strategic partner visits to achieve defined business objectives
- Coordinate internal scanning activities and resources to support collaborator and customer engagements
- Develop visit agendas, define success measures, and facilitate stakeholder alignment on engagement outcomes
- Serve as primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring professional and seamless engagement experience
- Lead follow-up activities including debriefs, documentation, action tracking, and process improvement initiatives
