Role summary
Field-based medical affairs position supporting patient identification and disease education for rare metabolic disorders. The liaison will work with clinicians to increase awareness of Ultragenyx therapies, manage patient access programs, and maintain clinical data systems across an assigned territory with extensive travel.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver disease education and build company awareness within the medical community
- Manage patient identification initiatives and support Name Patients Program efforts
- Promote genetic testing to identify patients with ultra-rare and rare metabolic diseases
- Maintain territory management and ensure accuracy of data within CRM system
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs team to respond to external scientific information requests
