What you'll be doing
- Conduct clinical studies in compliance with FDA/GCP and ICH regulations
- Travel 65–70% to support multiple research sites and manage clinical operations
- Schedule subject visits, perform study activities (consent, screening, vital signs, lab procedures), and record patient data
- Monitor participant safety, report adverse events, and ensure IRB approval and requirements throughout study
- Serve as primary sponsor contact, oversee site staff, and mentor new team members
