2+ years experience with burn/reconstructive surgery and wound care
Fluent in Italian and English
Knowledge of plastic surgery and wound care procedures across multiple specialties
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and specialized software

What you'll be doing

Achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets
Conduct comprehensive strategic planning with regional and national sales managers
Provide clinical and technical in-servicing to prevent product misuse in hospitals
Support sales team with scientific expertise and assist in developing customer competencies
Prepare technical and scientific documents for tenders and coordinate OR product demonstrations
