Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Conduct analysis, evaluation, and experimental work for product modification and development projects
- Perform product troubleshooting and technical issue investigation
- Create and maintain documentation according to internal change and development management systems
- Manage and maintain analytical and testing equipment and facilities
- Coordinate cross-functional technical discussions with internal departments and external partners via email and phone
