- Lead medical-scientific direction and strategy for neuroscience therapeutic area in Germany
- Prioritize, coordinate, and implement clinical, translational, and preclinical medical activities
- Manage neuroscience team performance, coaching, and succession planning
- Control medical content of brand plans and allocate budgets in coordination with leadership
- Build and maintain network with medical experts, researchers, societies, and health organizations
