Role summary

Waters Corporation seeks a Quality Systems Specialist II to design, implement, and optimize quality processes within SAP ERP systems, primarily the Quality Management module. The role bridges Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and IT teams to ensure quality requirements translate into effective system functionality and data-driven operations.

Minimum 5 years quality engineering, quality systems, manufacturing quality, or ERP systems experience
Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP experience including SAP Quality Management module
Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, migration, or support projects
Strong knowledge of SAP QM module and SAP ERP/S/4HANA architecture
Experience with SAP MM, PP, EWM/WM, SD, PM modules and reporting tools
Background in regulated manufacturing or quality-driven environments

What you'll be doing

Serve as subject matter expert for SAP Quality Management processes and configure QM workflows including inspection planning, notifications, and supplier quality
Lead and support ERP integration projects involving quality systems and SAP S/4HANA deployment
Ensure SAP quality processes comply with ISO 9001, GMP/GxP, FDA regulations, and support audit readiness
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing protocols for QM enhancements and system validations
Train end users on SAP QM functionality, develop documentation, and provide functional support
