What you'll be doing

Provide financial support and analysis to HR, Legal, Technology, and Corporate Development leadership
Manage full financial planning and reporting cycle including month-end close and variance analysis
Develop informative and repeatable financial reports highlighting business trends and improvement opportunities
Design and implement financial processes and tools to support business decision-making
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
