Role summary
iRhythm seeks a Territory Manager for Eastern Washington and Montana to drive adoption of its Zio cardiac monitoring platform among cardiologists and healthcare systems. The role combines new business development, strategic selling, and account management in a remote, field-based position.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in complex healthcare environments
- Extensive travel capability within territory, approximately 4.5 days per week
What you'll be doing
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators across the territory
- Develop and execute territory growth plans emphasizing market penetration and product adoption
- Deliver data-driven presentations communicating clinical and economic value of the Zio platform
- Build and maintain sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting and territory planning
- Manage ongoing account performance including training, inventory, workflow optimization, and usage growth
