Role summary
Abbott seeks a Territory Manager for its CardioMEMS heart failure business in Orlando. This remote, hunter-oriented sales role focuses on driving therapy adoption, opening new accounts, and expanding revenue across implanting centers and community hospitals.

- 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology, structural heart, or heart failure preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for 2 consecutive years at ≥100%
- Demonstrated success opening 3–5+ new accounts annually or expanding underdeveloped accounts
- Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement landscape
- Recent launch experience (last 3–5 years) leading 2–3 program launches with sustainability proof
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional buying groups and multiple stakeholders
What you'll be doing
- Build relationships with physicians, heart failure clinics, administrators, and deliver clinical and strategic presentations
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations; meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts and develop long-term growth strategies
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across implanting and community sites
- Provide on-call technical, clinical, and procedural support to implanting teams and heart failure clinics
