Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Drive sales revenue to exceed established quotas and contest qualifications across assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and materials management through regular visits and product in-services
- Execute clinical assessments, lead discussions on outcomes, and support new product implementation programs
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with revenue targets and business development goals
- Deliver product demonstrations, educational in-services, and sales training to field and inside sales teams as requested
