Role summary
Baxter seeks a Territory Business Manager for Advanced Surgery to drive sales of hemostats, sealing, and tissue products across the Corpus Christi and Valley Texas regions. - At least 50% travel required; familiarity with territory strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Achieve sales quotas through direct product and service sales to hospital customers
- Educate physicians on proper product usage and clinical benefits in surgical procedures
- Call on prospective customers to provide product information, technical details, and demonstrations
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate with hospital administration and supply chain teams
- Monitor territory sales performance and provide market feedback to management and marketing
Compensation$80,000-$110,000 annually, plus Sales Incentive Plan eligibility
