Role summary
This role provides technical manufacturing support to operations and engineering teams at a medical device manufacturer. Responsibilities include designing and executing feasibility studies, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex equipment, and managing documentation for validation and process improvement. The position requires a high school diploma plus six years of related experience, or an associate's degree plus four years, with preferred background in manufacturing or medical devices.

- Associate's degree or equivalent with 4 years related manufacturing experience
- Manufacturing and/or medical device industry experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, JDE, QMS, PLM software, and CAD
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic equipment
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving methodology skills
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute feasibility studies, experiments, and tests to validate equipment and manufacturing processes
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance on complex production equipment
- Investigate equipment failures and perform corrective actions with impact assessment reporting
- Review and catalog documentation for equipment validation, qualification, and engineering approval
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality on corrective actions, non-conformance reports, and equipment investigations
