BSc or MSc in molecular biology, biotechnology, or related biological discipline
Minimum 2 years laboratory experience with viral vectors and molecular biology, or 5+ years in virology and lentiviral vector production
Proficiency in mammalian cell culture, molecular cloning, PCR, transfection, and transduction techniques
Experience with flow cytometry and droplet digital PCR for viral titer determination
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with electronic laboratory notebooks preferred

What you'll be doing

Conduct microbiology and molecular cloning workflows to generate plasmid and lentiviral vector constructs
Perform cell culture and transfection procedures for lentiviral vector production and optimization
Determine viral titers and quality control of viral particles using flow cytometry and droplet digital PCR
Maintain laboratory documentation, sample tracking, inventory management, and contribute to study reports and SOPs
Support overall lab operations including routine mycoplasma testing and participation in team meetings
