What you'll be doing
- Perform diagnostic testing, inspection, and failure analysis on semiconductor devices and electronic assemblies
- Execute test plans and conduct fault isolation using electrical, mechanical, and physical analysis techniques
- Operate laboratory equipment including X-ray systems, microscopes, and diagnostic tools
- Prepare samples through deprocessing, cross-sectioning, lapping, polishing, and related preparation methods
- Collect, organize, and document test results, observations, photographs, and supporting technical records
