Cytiva seeks a Technical Support Representative & Custom Account Project Associate to serve as the primary liaison for custom cell culture products and services. The role combines project management, technical support, and customer relationship management to ensure successful delivery of custom media and processed liquid products while providing scientific guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

Provide technical support and scientific guidance to customers and internal teams on product inquiries and troubleshooting
Serve as primary customer contact for custom cell culture product projects, managing timelines, communications, and cross-functional coordination
Analyze customer feedback and project data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain custom product specifications, documentation, and change control requirements
Coordinate customer meetings, audits, training sessions, and technical investigations
