Role summary
Benchling seeks a Technical Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical partner between customers and engineering teams. The role involves designing and delivering cloud-based integrations, automations, and custom solutions for biotech R&D workflows using Benchling's developer platform.

- Design, prototype, and oversee delivery of cloud-based integrations and automations using Benchling's developer platform
- Communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams and align proposed solutions with roadmap
- Collaborate with project managers on complex enterprise rollouts, identifying technical risks and designing solutions
- Build and deliver demos and proofs-of-concept to validate proposed solutions with stakeholders
