Knowledge of quality and regulatory standards including ISO or FDA frameworks
Familiarity with Lean and Operational Excellence methodologies

What you'll be doing

Lead technical investigations into product failures, process non-conformities, and customer complaints using structured methodologies
Analyze technical data and performance metrics to identify trends and determine root causes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, Engineering to develop and implement solutions
Design and execute testing and validation activities to confirm root causes and verify corrective actions
Prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting investigations, findings, and recommended actions
