Preferred: Bachelor's in Medical Technology with four years clinical laboratory experience in Chemistry or Immunoassay

What you'll be doing

Provide on-site integration, assay training, and troubleshooting support for complex diagnostic instruments
Conduct entrance and exit interviews with customers to assess needs and manage expectations throughout integration
Document complaints and resolutions in CAPA system; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver technical support remotely and on-site for hardware, software, and reagent issues affecting instrument performance
Act as subject matter expert for internal teams and provide feedback on product performance and customer usability
