Collaborate with customers and engineering teams on technical requirements and integration design between IDBS platforms and enterprise applications
Work with APIs, data exchange processes, and authentication methods to resolve integration challenges and troubleshoot technical issues
Contribute to testing, validation, deployment, and go-live activities including integration testing and API validation
Create technical documentation, data mappings, and knowledge assets while identifying risks and improving delivery processes
