Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Tech/Systems Support Analyst to resolve customer support requests via phone and email, handle Level 1 escalations, and assist with team coordination in a support center environment based in Taguig City.

- Bachelor's degree (minimum 4-year program) or equivalent work experience
- 12-18 months Level I Help Desk or Technical Support experience preferred
- Call center or sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Problem-solving, organizational skills, and sound judgment in customer service scenarios
- Willingness to work shifting schedules and hybrid arrangement
What you'll be doing
- Resolve incoming phone and email support requests within agreed service levels
- Handle Level 1 escalations including medical emergency situations and customer escalations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to next-level support as needed
- Create detailed call and email logs documenting all customer interactions with accuracy
- Serve as first point of escalation for Level I analysts and mentor team members
