Role summary

Expertise in analytical instrumentation: HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-Spectrophotometer
Proficiency in method development, validation, and transfer
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems
Experience with laboratory information management systems and Empower software
Leadership and team management experience
Fluent English communication and MS Office proficiency

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and oversee formulation and analytical laboratory activities and testing schedules
Guide and manage team of analysts while conducting sophisticated analytical work
Ensure GMP compliance and highest quality standards in testing materials and products
Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for product development and stability testing
Maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients; prepare technical documentation
