Role summary

- Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration abilities
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coach QC analyst team on daily tasks, GMP compliance, and professional development
- Ensure timely, compliant quality controls of raw materials, finished products, and production environments
- Conduct floor presence through Gemba walks, quality reviews, and GMP/EHS audits
- Investigate, resolve, and prevent quality issues, deviations, and out-of-specification results
- Initiate and implement process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
